Morpheus8 is InMode's well-known RF microneedling platform. On Accent Prime we have a similar Microplasma handpiece + needle-free RF (UltraFace, TuneFace). Similar goals — two paths.

Morpheus8 (InMode, USA/Israel) is the most recognizable fractional RF microneedling platform. 24–40 microneedles deliver radiofrequency at 1–4 mm (face) or up to 8 mm (Body). Anaesthesia is often needed; recovery 3–7 days. Accent Prime (Alma Lasers) also offers fractional RF — via the Microplasma handpiece — but the platform is much broader: UniPolar RF for needle-free lifting (UltraFace, TuneFace), cold ultrasound (Sharewave) and other modules. Where Morpheus8 is one task (RF microneedling), Accent Prime is a comprehensive face program.
At the consultation the physician assesses skin condition, zones, goal and contraindications. If the goal is deep SMAS lifting, we recommend a HIFU device or thread lifting — we don't offer those. If the goal is rejuvenation, oval lifting, nasolabial folds, jowls or skin quality — we pick the optimal Accent Prime protocol: UltraFace for needle-free RF, Microplasma for fractional work, or a combination.
Morpheus8 uses 24–40 insulated microneedles delivering fractional RF at varied depths (1–4 mm face, up to 8 mm body). Burst mode — multiple RF pulses per pass. Microplasma on Accent Prime applies the same principle: fractional RF via microneedles. Beyond that, Accent Prime has needle-free UniPolar RF handpieces (UltraFace, TuneFace) for painless dermal heating — something Morpheus8 doesn't offer.
No. We don't use the InMode Morpheus8 platform. For RF microneedling at Paramed we work on Accent Prime with the Microplasma handpiece — the same fractional RF principle delivered through microneedles.
The principle is the same in both (fractional RF via microneedles). Morpheus8 has stronger brand recognition, Burst mode, and a Body variant reaching 8 mm. Microplasma on Accent is more comfortable in recovery, cheaper, and Accent additionally offers needle-free RF. For the face the result is comparable.
Depth and needle count differ. Morpheus — 24–40 needles, up to 4 mm (face) or 8 mm (body). Microplasma — fractional RF grid via microneedles for face, neck, décolletage. Accent also has needle-free UltraFace/TuneFace — Morpheus8 doesn't.
Microplasma — mild tingling, usually no anaesthesia or a light topical. Morpheus8 more often needs local anaesthesia. UniPolar RF (UltraFace) on Accent is completely painless.
If you're weighing Accent Prime against another platform — come in for a free consultation. We'll assess the zone, skin type and goals, and pick the optimal protocol.
