PRX-T33 is an Italian biorevitalizing peel by WiQo that combines 33% trichloroacetic acid (TCA), hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid. Its signature feature is the absence of visible peeling and downtime: the active ingredients reach the dermis without damaging the epidermis, stimulating collagen and elastin production. PRX-T33 is well suited for loss of firmness, fine lines, post-acne marks and uneven tone. The procedure is comfortable, takes 20–30 minutes and does not restrict daily activity. A typical course is 4–6 sessions spaced 7–10 days apart. A consultation is required prior to treatment; contraindications apply.
The skin is cleansed and degreased, then PRX-T33 is applied in several layers with a gentle massage until fully absorbed. The session ends with a moisturizer and SPF. The whole procedure takes 20–30 minutes.
PRX-T33 uses a unique stabilised formula: high-concentration TCA (33%) buffered by hydrogen peroxide. The peroxide blocks the typical frosting and superficial damage of a classic TCA peel, allowing the acid to act in deeper layers without causing exfoliation. Kojic acid adds a brightening effect. The result is a biostimulation cascade — fibroblasts produce more collagen and hyaluronic acid. The product is massaged into the skin until fully absorbed, which is why PRX-T33 is often called "no-needle biorevitalization".
No — that is the key feature of the treatment. You may feel slight tightness on day one.
A fresher look and glow are visible after the first session. Lifting and density build through sessions 3–4.

A standard course is 4–6 sessions spaced 7–10 days apart. Maintenance sessions every 1–2 months help preserve results. The exact protocol is set during consultation based on skin diagnostics and goals.
Unlike a classic TCA peel, PRX-T33 does not cause visible peeling and requires no downtime, while still delivering biostimulation. Compared to BioRePeel CL3, PRX-T33 leans more toward lifting and skin density, whereas BioRePeel is often chosen for post-acne and texture issues — see the dedicated PRX-T33 vs BioRePeel comparison for a side-by-side breakdown. Compared to injectable biorevitalization, PRX-T33 avoids needles, bruising and swelling.
At Paramed in Baku, PRX-T33 is performed by certified specialists trained by WiQo's official distributors. We use only the original product, control storage conditions and tailor each course individually after an in-person consultation.
