ParamedLPG massage (endermologie) is vacuum-roller stimulation of the skin: it improves lymphatic drainage, microcirculation and the look of cellulite, but on its own does not break down fat. Accent UltraSpeed (Alma Lasers) is RF + ultrasound: it breaks down fat cells, tightens skin and also improves drainage. At Paramed there's no standalone LPG; we offer Accent UltraSpeed and anti-cellulite massage. Contraindications apply.

How we choose
ParamedAt the consultation we determine the priority — drainage and cellulite, or volume and skin tone — and plan an Accent UltraSpeed course, with anti-cellulite massage as needed.
How the methods work
ParamedLPG mechanically 'works' the tissue with rollers under vacuum, stimulating fibroblasts and lymph flow; it needs a long course. Accent UltraSpeed adds ultrasound fat breakdown and RF heating for collagen and tone — so it works on volume and laxity, not just drainage.
